Sokoke

Discover the coffee heritage of Córdoba, Veracruz with our Sokoke coffee, from Hacienda La Capilla in Palotal, one of the oldest buildings in the region. At this historic hacienda, which originally grew tobacco, coffee, and sugarcane, specialty Arabica coffees are produced today. This coffee, a blend of Geisha, Sarchimor, Catimor, Tupí, and H1 varieties, is carefully processed in its old wet mill, using the washed method and dried in a mechanical dryer and on sun patios to ensure its quality.
