About this coffee
Noma is a community coffee from Totutla, in the Sierra Nororiental of Puebla, brought together by the 86 associated producers of Pobladores de Totutla and dry-milled by Directo al Origen, a project of young growers building on the region's coffee tradition.
Picked by the community and washed and sun-dried the traditional way, it's an easy, comforting cup with nutty and cereal notes, a touch of vanilla and a gentle sweetness.
Farm story
Totutla, from the Náhuatl for "place of birds", sits in the Sierra Nororiental of Puebla at the foot of the Cozolt. Directo al Origen is a project led by young heirs of the region's coffee tradition, turning that heritage into sustainable projects that protect the environment and strengthen producing families. 2026 harvest.
