Misaki

Misaki comes from Finca Santa Cruz, in the highlands of Chiapas, the farm run by Cruz José Argüello and his family. It's a Gesha they process as a natural, the approach that brings out this coffee's delicate, aromatic side.

It drinks floral and sweet, with cinnamon and a rounded brazil-nut note—a clean, expressive cup that shows what a well-handled Gesha can do.
